Mingcong Cao is an Electrical and Computer Engineering Ph.D. student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds a B.S. from the Southern University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on explainable reinforcement learning and machine learning applications for spectrum sensing and RFIC design.
