Lukas Pfromm received his B.S. from Oregon State University in 2022. Prior to joining UW-Madison, he worked as a student researcher with Dr. Partha Pande at Washington State University. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Research Focus: Thermal and Performance Modeling and Optimization for 2.5D, 3D, and heterogeneous chiplet-based systems.
